As we wrap up 2025, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it has been for our team and the community we serve. This was our first full year being located in downtown Puyallup, and the impact has been nothing short of transformative. Being in the heart of the city allowed us to connect with our community in new and meaningful ways, from local business partnerships to community events and the everyday conversations that happen simply by being accessible.
This year also brought tremendous internal growth. We strengthened our systems, streamlined our processes, and elevated our communication both in-office and out in the field. The result has been smoother operations, faster response times, and a stronger, more unified team. Our internal culture took a giant step forward in 2025, and it shows in everything from our service levels to our team morale.
One of the highlights of the year was being voted Top 3 Best of Pierce County for Property Management. This recognition means the world to us because it reflects the trust and support of our community, something we never take for granted.
As we look back, our strongest feeling is gratitude. We are deeply thankful for our property owners who trust us with their investments, our tenants who make our properties feel like home, our vendors who work tirelessly alongside us, and the community that continues to embrace and support RPM Today. You are the reason we strive to improve every single year.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue building on our momentum. We have plans to expand our services, deepen community involvement, and raise the bar even higher for communication, transparency, and customer experience. Our hope is to make 2026 a year of continued innovation, connection, and elevated service for everyone we serve.
