I have spent every waking moment focused on Property Management for the past 10 years. Being a landlord myself, I can empathize and understand any situation that any landlord has been in or will be in. I look forward to each and every challenge that opposes our team in any way. In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and our 4 kids, taking care of my small farm (29 animals) and a competitive round of golf.

Kelley is an experienced property manager and administrative assistant with over seven years of experience in the industry. Having worked several roles with RPM Today, including leasing agent and team lead, Kelley is proficient in many aspects of property management. Driven by efficiency, she strives to provide support to her teammates and clients and tackle any challenges that present themselves. Out of the office, Kelley attends Washington State University and enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and spending time with her two dogs, Diego and Ginny Bean.
Bryndi Riggs

Bryndi started with RPM Today in March 2021 as leasing agent and quickly moved positions to be the Red Team Lead. She is dedicated to working hard. She came to us with a 17 year background in cemetery/funeral home administrative leadership. Her passions in life are helping others, traveling and running an animal rescue, Happy Buddha Animal Rescue and Sanctuary.
Chris Kohl
Maintenance Supervisor

Chris’ greatest passion is baseball and ranching. He spends a lot of time on his families property taking care of animals. His family has a strong pedigree of 4H animals in county fairs and state events. Chris brings a wide knowledge of maintenance and repair to our team that we would be lost without. He can be found around town performing repairs on homes and apartments.
John Kilgore

John grew up in WA and moved to North Carolina for 22 years where he ran his own company. His wife of 22 years and 4 kids moved back to WA and started working with Real Property Management today. John brings with him all his knowledge of running a company, excellent customer service and leadership. His hobbies include the outdoors, sports, and food. He spends his weekends grilling, golfing, and watching sports. Love the hometown teams; Mariners, Seahawks, and Super Sonics.
Savannah Forgey

Savannah is our Maintenance Coordinator who has a few years of customer service under her belt. She is detail oriented and prides herself as a perfectionist. She loves helping others problem solve and keeps everything running smoothly. Warm and welcoming customer service is her mantra. When she is not in the office you can find her cuddled with her fur babies crocheting away. She owns a crocheting business and love to make crochet plants and decor! She lives with 2 dachshunds and 3 cats, so life is never dull!

Aaron enjoys anything that has to do with film and photography. He has been doing photo and film for the last 6 years. Getting outside and enjoying adventures and fresh air are on the top of his list. Spending time with family and eating good food is something he loves to do.

Letty works on the blue team. She is hardworking and friendly with several years of experience providing high-quality service to callers in the customer care and IT support sector. She will always do her best to answer all your question and help anyway she can. In her spare time, Letty enjoys spending time with her loved ones and going out on long walks with her dog Moose.
